our professional building design service offering expands to incorporate engineering through the use of consulting engineers.  we maintain an ongoing working relationship with select engineering firms to ensure quality and thoroughness.  we regularly incorporate various engineering disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and many more into our design service packages to meet the needs of every project. 

our design team is very knowledgeable with the international building codes and how those codes are intended to be applied to building projects.  we perform full code reviews on every project to ensure code compliance is designed into the project early on.  Often times we can offer options for navigating around budget intensive code requirements to enable your project to be a success.

our architectural design staff exclusively uses the latest version of Autodesk's Revit design software on each and every project.  our consulting engineers utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil3d design software.  This technology allows us to harness the power of BIM for each and every project as it is needed.
